Clare Pasulka, LMHC
I am a compassionate therapist here to support you as you navigate the uncertainty and challenges that life can bring—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship or family conflict, self‑esteem struggles, life transitions, or the complexities of parenthood. My goal is to help you make sense of the pressures, the tough moments, and the small wins that show up in your day‑to‑day life.
In our work together, I create a warm, welcoming space where you can explore what may be holding you back and begin building confidence in your most authentic self. I’ll support you, challenge you when it’s helpful, and walk with you as you grow.
I also have additional training in perinatal mental health and work closely with women during pregnancy, postpartum, and the profound transition into motherhood. As a mother myself, I understand how this ever- changing season can bring joy, vulnerability, uncertainty, and emotional shifts all at once. My hope is to offer a safe, nurturing space where you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way. Some days may feel overwhelming, and others may be filled with sweet moments—and I’m here for all of it.
With warmth, empathy, and evidence‑based care, we’ll work toward building resilience, strengthening your self‑trust, and supporting your emotional well‑being. I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and steadiness as you move through daily life.
